Chumba Casino - Support is horrible!
I have never experienced the lack of professionalism anywhere like I have experienced at Chumba Casino. In the past, it has taken them a few days to get back to me and with the pandemic, I get that.
But when after 7 days you are still locked out of the site and you still have no answers, that is just plain rude and unbelievable ! I had Security issues that Chumba asked me to resolve and I did that immediately Nov. 16, 2020. I have sent at least 6 emails since that date and it is now Nov.23, 2020 in the evening.
I am still locked out of my account without an explanation of any kind. I have money in that account that I may never see again. I have envelopes totaling 100 dollars I will never be able to use! All I really care about is the respect I deserve for all the money I threw away supporting Chumba.
Tell me to go to *** but don't leave me hanging in mid air.
Grow up Chumba! I have included paper work for several issues below.
