I literally been trying to get my account verified for over a week now I went to go create the account and as soon after I created it within seconds it sent me to another screen saying I cannot access my chumba account while my account is being verified.every day I've tried to log in and it takes me to a screen that says my account is being verified and I cannot access it until it is. I won $200sc on a scratcher contest that was on Discord for chumba, they said they manually added my funds to my account but yet I'm still unable to get to my account to play due to it still not being verified.
I successfully submitted my documents to verify my account I have emailed 20 plus times and been told the same answers over and over again that my account has been forwarded to the relevant team for review I get told the same thing by different people every day over and over again and nothing's being done I'm starting to believe that they just don't want to give me the $200 that I won so they will not verify my account it's very aggravating. The email I post down below with this is litterly what I get told over and over again

I love y'all!! AMAZING PLATFORM but I didn't receive birthday gift as yall told you don't sponsor this but other receive $50-100 unacceptable!
I'm seeing that this platform is giving out $50 birthday bonuses for birthdays. I emailed support a day before mine and they told me they didn't sponsor that, they didn't give birthday gifts or sweeps.
Tell me why I have a screenshot on social media from this platform, where they got $50-100 for their birthday!

It's been over a year and I still haven't got to redeem my sc900 and my account is blocked after my winning was returned back to my game but I'm blocked of my account I'm not understanding

I was charged for something i didn't order
Well, Internet theft and fraudulent charges on somebody's credit card or debit card, who doesn't even know what this place is or even how to get a hold of anybody, that's pretty serious. There's $192 missing off my account due to httpw.c.
It needs to be replaced. It was not authorized by me.
I am the cardholder. If I do not hear from somebody today, my lawyer will get a hold of someone.

Redemption issue
So I have input my bank information, along with the reference number into chumba casino, to get verified so that I could get my redemption for 4970$. Which is what chumba said they required for me to redeem my winnings.
I have not received a response from them. I did however start receiving responses from global poker, there sister company saying they didn't know what I was talking about. I do have correspondence in regards to the fact that I did indeed have a winnings of 4970$ and am just trying to gain my winnings.
I would say with as many deposits I have made to chumba, and without a ability to redeem I would consider what there doing theft. And more so just bother some that this company who makes millions of there customers, and can't redeem 5000$ in a winnings customers account is wrong and shouldn't be allowed to continue to conduct buisness

My account was deactivated in error
My account was deactivated because I let my fiancé use my debit card, for which he's an authorized signer. They deactivated my account even after I repeatedly informed them about the game glitch.
