on 04/11/2025 I came across CHUMBACASINO wanted to try them out, because on their website says that they have lighting fast payouts 24/7 customer support and verification process is quick and easy 24-48hrs. so registered made couple purchased total up to $20USD.
when I wanted to redeem my winnings of SC 3700 ($3700usd) On the casino website redeem button I was only able to submit documents for verification and I did submit my driver license and took a selfie but after doing so. A note popped up saying thank you for submitting my documents, they will email me as soon as the process is done. I was not able to submit a request for redemption so at least i would not play my winnings. Wont let me do that until they verify my account.
so I stop playing at SC 3700, I dont remember the exact number. I was thinking verification not gonna take long. 6 hours later I logged back into my account to check its still not verified, didnt even get any email from the casino, not even a email to confirm that they received my documents. I emailed support but no respond from them.
24 hrs later still nothing, I email them again and no respond. I ended up playing and losted my of winnings. I emailed them multiple times and nothing back from the casino. on 04/14/2025 I finally got a respond back from CHUMBACASINO.COM in regards go my emails to customer support asking about verification, thể email they send me was to informed and apologized for the delayed but they have forwarded my ticket to their specialist team to handle.
after I respond back to the email, I login to my account on CHUMBACASINO.COM and the redeem option had a lock Icon on it and I was required to submit documents to verification all over again. but the link to submit my documents kept bringing back to previous page. and today 04/25/2025 my account still not verified, I feel cheated and unfair practice, poorly handle, false advertisement, at least like other casino I should be able to submit a ticket to redeem while waiting for verification to process so the balance debited from my account put aside for redemption. attached pictures and prove of my claims.

Although after working with pissedconsumer Chumba communicated more than in past attempts to resolve my issue they still have not corrected the problem.When playing with Chumba on line using their SCcoins there is a potential to turn the SCcoins balance into cash. In a request for this option made in November of 2023 there has been no deposit from Chumba made to my account.
I have been sending emails and I have never been contacted back with a resolution. The situation is I requested a payout of my SC coins. Ive never received anything. When going back and checking I understand the reason why somebody believed it was done because they sell it sent, and it is written.
Completed all all the entries totaling over $12,500. But check in with my bank and looking as to wear this money couldve gone. Ive never received it. It would be far simpler for someone with Trump to find out where they sent it since I did not get it please this has been very difficult for me.
I have sent text after text after a text trying to explain it. I sent copies of where it shows received completed and Ive not received it.

I had written to Chumba support, Corporate, and many other emails to seek help and discuss my case with Chumba. I had called support to verify my account and follow up, and provided everything they asked for from me - ID, address proof, picture, bank account, email approval.
Everything was ok to play, deposit, and withdraw if for some reason I won. They verified my information and never told me about a second account that I had years ago that was closed. I reached out to them many times about resetting my password, coins, and account and they never informed me about these terms and conditions. They allowed me to withdraw once, and never mentioned the terms and conditions.
They let me play on, and since I was losing thousands of dollars, they remained silent until some miraculous event when I won the sweepstakes jackpot for $70,000. Then they decided to tell me about their terms and conditions. I trusted the system and did everything they asked, believing it was ok to play with my hard-earned money. Having lost it all, they now took my winnings on the pretext of the secret they had on me, waiting for me to win and lose all my money.
I feel betrayed as I had trusted this system and respected the rules, but no one helped me then and no one is trying to hear me out now or take responsibility for how they set me up and took everything from me. This may be small change for you, but it is everything for me. How could you do this? I believed in you all and this is how you repaid me, by taking everything from me.
I have asked for a review of my activity and every step I took to gain permission from you to play. I never cheated or complained while I was losing thousands of dollars. It seems pointless now as I would never win in the end anyway. I hope whoever reads this understands and helps me reclaim my winnings.

The denied any wrong doing. Didn’t pay back anything.
Look, I’m not looking for free money but when you pay real money, and you have $200 or what they publicly say 200sc coins and then you switch games and when it opens up you now have $130 without hitting one push, something is wrong. They claimed they checked log file, but if they really did, they would have found something wrong
They claimed they verified my account and didn’t find anything wrong. That is total BS.
Had 200sc and when we switched games, when the new game showed only 130sc, what else can you do?
If they are not going to be honest and trustworthy, then they are not getting any of money. I’m done with Chumba!
