MY REVIEW OVER THE LAST 2 WEEKS OF EVENTS: this is my official review and hopefully it is heard and FULLY read.... I know it's a lot but it is ALL VERY IMPORTANT.... I promise that. *** PLEASE REACTIVATE ME *** @PISSED CONDUMER OR ANYONE WHO READS THIS.... All the following was sent to Chumba officially 5 days ago ... now I simply am copying and pasting it here ---------> CHUMBA WRITES: Almost 3 full days ago you wrote me this: "If you feel the need to talk to someone about the current situation and its effects, you may contact Samaritans.org in your area on 1 (80*) ***-****. We have an immense trust in the way they can help people with various types of concerns and their team of dedicated individuals are really approachable. We will get back to you about your concern. Please take care always!" -----------> MY RESPONSE: So you're telling me to go to samaritans.com was based on suicide.... Why would you tell me to go there? This is the 1st time I've looked up what that organization was. I have 0 intentions of killing myself or any sort of Internet suicide PERIOD. Things can get a little low and down-and-out feeling when so much goes wrong and when it appears the company that you are financially supporting is not helping you and ignores the questions put forth in your support tickets, however I have 2 beautiful children to raise and I would never take my life from them.... especially due to a poker app. I do however value when your support tickets are read and heard. It can get quite frustrating when you have to repeat yourself asking for a particular thing for an answer or an explanation over and over never to get it. So that was our initial problem!!!! After the support people ignored my 2nd, 3rd, 4th response question about the spin with the 10 symbols and the 3 xs muliplier(instead they ignored helping explain what i was asking for and instead kept repeating their previous redponses - completely ignoring my concern, for which a screenshot was included) I met Sunny, we talked, she listened, we even joked...I went from feeling disrespected to appreciated. Sunny is an amazing person and I wish I could be talking with them now.... no offense Ava. She was helping me resolve this by getting me answers, plus s(he) messaged management to get me compensation for my troubles which I thought was amazing. While I waited I started my authentification process. 2 days went by and each day I asked Sonny if she heard anything as of yet... The 1st day she responded and said were working on it and I have all 99 spins of yours being reviewed by our specialists so you can be assured all wins will be tallied accurately.

That is all I wanted and if they were right than so be it and I would own up for my confusion and move on more aware of how that particular slot works. She also told me she's still waiting on management but believes they will compensate me. I said its not necessary but would definitely releive and restore my faith back in Chumba Casino. It felt awesome to have Sunny on my side..My own ray of sunshine :). The next day I messaged and Sonny does not respond yet someone else does who informs me that my verification has been flagged and to look at my support ticket.

There went my sunshine...! I felt upset again because there's no way that could be possible and I WAS RIGHT (keep reading, youll see why). The support ticket said that my address on file does not match the address(s) I submitted with my verification. I submitted my current state ID id, and I submitted my utility bill. Both had the same address on them being: 526 Nelson St NE Apt 1 Warroad, MN 56763-**** I wrote back saying that this is impossible and and there must be some sort of an error... I showed examples of how each address looks in terms of documentation, Yet showed all had the same information even if the apartment number was on different lines for each 1. As I was typing my response up I had 2 calls come from 800 numbers and I don't answer numbers I don't typically know so I ignored them. Then a different number called this time an 866 number... I ignored it and finished up my message, then sent it off. Soon as I was done that 866 number called again so I decided to answer it this time. It was a gentleman with a very thick accent that claimed he was calling on behalf of Chumba Casono and wanted to go over some account details.... I asked him to hold for a bit and while he did I conductrd a report on the number he was calling from. It came back stating his geographical location was Cambodia... Which kind of put me on a defensive/protective mode because why would someone be calling from there instead of Chumba calling themselves. **I did save all them call records just in case he was falsly calling for your company or faudulent). Here goes the part where I told you to keep reading and you'll see that I WAS RIGHT THE WHOLE TIME and that sending the message pertaining to not being able to be verified as my address on file DOES NOT match my addresses on my submitted documentation. READY FOR THIS: The gentleman says we just need to verify your address!! Can you kindly tell me your address. I told him that I want to hear what address Chumba has on "my personal Chumba account that was given and been there fron he start" before I tell him what I have on my driver's license. He agreed and said "Sir, we have 526 Nelson St NE Apt #1 in Warroad, MN 56763" Hahahahahaha, hmmm .. weird huh.... The exact address he gave me is the exact address on my driver's license and the same address on my utility bill that I submitted so why did the system have to stress me out and put me in a worried/alert mode stating it was incorrect, Especially when I just got done dealing with a support ticket that I felt nobody was looking at and helping me with besides Sonny who I was told would be gone for 2 more days. The only person I thought that was standing by my side is not around for Me to talk to about this issue with verification. Anyway, back on subject, so I told the guy... yes of course that is my address. I read him the addresses on my driver's license and my other bill and the. asked him why they said they were diffwrent.... He didn't have an answer for that but he told me don't worry I just want to congratulate you and t and let you know that you're account has been verified and that you're receiving an email telling you very shortly.

Yay, I was seriously glad that was over with, or so I thought! I had gone over to my email and was verifying that while the guy was still on the phone. I just kept him engaged in random conversation about how I just don't understand how that could be possible "type stuff" while I continued doing research in the background. I went to my Yahoo and saw the verification so I told him thank you so much snd appreciated that I got verified... He said "very good sir I told you everything will be OK".... However, while he was telling me everything would be OK and I was finally feeling some positivity I was already pulling up my Chumba app so I can go to the support link and update my ticket. This part still hurts and feels really sad to think of.... My page pulls up and says you have been deactivated... My heart sank... rollercoaster of events from my slot crashing and my confusion of pay rates for that game , optimistically submitting a support ticket to get help, then what I felt was poor support , to sunnys help, to being flagged which clearly was a mistake, to hearing I was right, the info was correct, and I'm verified, and lastly finding out I was suspended pending an investigation, which not only affected my gameplay with Chumba but also somehow Luckyland and Global poker and the $100 + plus in chips that I have in each separate account


It is now almost been 6 days od deactivation, I'm verified, I've calmed down, I'm patiently waiting and still nothing. I had like a 20 plus day streak in luckyland going going and now it's gone and I have to start over at day 1, I also was on day 7 for my collection with global poker which would have been a dollar in SC. I'm missing out on deals, my money sits in limbo, and I just don't get why I'm not back to playing. To top it off I got another message saying that there is another irregularity to with bank information. Suddenly, I am or am not verified?????? HOWEVER ... I have never submitted any bank details regarding my account/routing that should be in the account. I submitted my identification and I submitted my utility bill being my gas bill. However, to oblige that person I gathered together the information they were requesting and submitted it for that support ticket. I figured this had to be all the information you need and once you're able to put those numbers in I would be back in my account and this would all be over with. I have waited a long time and really, really want to get back in and play for the remainder of the weekend if possible. My kids are with their mother so I have time for myself. I don't want to lose out on anymore as I don't feel any of this is my fault... I only can say that if I came across the wrong way I apologize but due to the numerous situations discussed in this review it was Too much of a roller coasters. Unfortunately, anybody that has had so much UPS and Downs would feel the same way... Every time I started to smile again .....crash! Please reactivate my account right away and fix any necessary errors you have to as there is nothing else that you need to worry about. I just want to get back to Having some fun... This and my other 2 apps that I didn't know would get blocked as well....
